The expression "we" covers Cally and its current or former employees, officers, directors, agents, successors, assigns, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated corporations.

We only retain the minimum basic information like name, age, and email ID for registration.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are processed directly to the beneficiary's bank account within 7 days.
• As Cally provides only digital services, no shipping is applicable.

We process only essential payment details necessary to complete transactions. Sensitive data such as debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, PINs, and UPI credentials are never stored.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy is governed by Indian law. Any disputes are subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Kolkata, West Bengal.
