Services: Provision of psychological counselling services for challenges or issues Clients may face in their lives. Services exclude counselling for psychotic disorders or Clients with suicidal tendencies.

Counsellors: Professionals registered on the Website who provide emotional wellness support.

B. INTERPRETATION

This TOS, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other Website policies together form the Agreement.

Accessing Cally via mobile application is governed by this Agreement, plus any additional terms imposed by app stores.

References to "Website" also include Cally's mobile application.

Services under this Agreement are offered within India unless specified otherwise.
